Diana Frazier, CPL, MBA
Founder & President
Diana is our founder, president and visionary. She’s an AAPL Certified Professional Landman (CPL) who has dedicated her entire career to the oil and gas industry and worked in a variety of roles enabling her to identify service gaps and create a more client-centric firm for owners.
She also founded Oil & Gas University, and is a veteran member and former president, executive member, and on the advisory counsel of WEN North Texas. Diana is veteran member of TIPRO, NARO and The AAPL. She has been a Certified Professional Landman for seven years, and involved as a professional in the oil and gas business for fourteen years.
Diana holds a B.S. in Political Science form Texas Christian U and a MBA in Oil & Gas Management from Robert Gordon University. She held the role of Vice President of the Oil & Gas Group at J.P. Morgan Chase prior to starting GMM&C. Prior to her VP role, she provided marketing and landman services to Bluestem Energy. She was involved in the Barnett shale boon during her work for Dale Operating Company and at Dale Resources, providing her with a skill set for working against the clock and getting landwork and operational challenge solved quickly and effectively. She also provided landman services to Newark Energy.
Her expertise as an educator, public speaker, and community leader has been evident throughout her career and is a motivating inspiration to the staff at Guardian Mineral Management & Consulting.
Our Team
June D’Silva
Director of Fulfillment Automation
June, a member of our Finance and Fulfillment Department, is an accountant who specializes in financial analysis. Her previous work analyzing large, investment portfolios enables her to slice through the oil and gas industry’s complex datasets. She applies comparative analysis techniques to client data and efficiently identifies inconsistencies. Her work instills confidence in the fulfillment of payments and generates intelligence-packed management reports. Her broad experience in finance makes her a valuable member of the team as Guardian Mineral Management and Consulting grows its institutional services and client base in leaps and bounds. June holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Calgary.
Marcia Newton
Office Manager
Marcia is more than our office manager—she’s the office maverick. When we expanded our company in 2017, we wanted a client advocate who was responsive, empathetic, organized and a client advocate—and we found it all in Marcia! In addition to having a background in the industry, she has experience with commercial design specifications and contract negotiation.
Grant Carlisle
Director of Land
Grant leads the team of landmen and land tech professionals. With years of experience in the oil and gas industry, he has a deep understanding of land management, title examination, lease negotiation, and due diligence. His leadership and experience are instrumental in helping clients navigate the ever-changing landscape of the oil and gas industry.
Jared Boehs
Land Manager
Jared graduated from Oklahoma State University in 2004 with a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Economics and a minor in Finance. He began his career in the oil and gas industry as a field landman, then owned and operated a lease brokerage firm before serving as a Land Manager for a small independent company. In 2016, he co-founded HyQ Technologies, a waste water recycling company, and founded Cutter Energy, a mineral and land management firm. Jared holds certifications as a Certified Professional Landman and a Certified Minerals Manager, and is a member of several professional associations. He currently serves on the board for the Oklahoma Chapter of the National Association of Royalty Owners and is the Secretary for the Royalty Owners Coalition of Oklahoma. Jared and his family live in Fairview, OK, where they are involved in family farm and ranch operations.
